An Evening at HJC with Dr. Lisanne Gallant DVM: Session #1 Equine Emergencies in Cornwall, Prince Edward Island for sale

Lisanne Gallant is back in PEI after finishing a year long Equine medicine and surgery rotating internship at the very busy Idaho Equine Hospital in Nampa Idaho. She has agreed to offer informal evenings for our clients and other interested parties starting this July at HJC!
Session #1 Equine Emergencies will focus on determining an emergency situation with your horse: what to look for, when to call your vet, what your vet wants to know, important drugs to have on hand etc.
As a special feature we will be using our wonderfully patient HJC herd for hands on demonstration and practice! Learn how to take temperature, pulse and respiration and keep base line records for your horse.
Expect take home hand outs with sample horse health records, equine first aid kit staples and a special goody bag (including your own take home thermometer and stethoscope) so you can go home and practice on your horse.
