The outside of the camper is very well kept, washed and waxed yearly, rims and frame re-painted, new propane tank cover, tinted max airs added to roof vents, Large Canvas Awning in excellent shape.
Camper has beautiful patio doors, tires are in excellent shape, large windows with blinds,Roof Sealed Every Year, Roof Top A/C with vents in the ceiling throughout the camper and the furnace pumps heat perfectly. Never Smoked In.
